Are you ready to prioritize your Well-Being, but unsure where or how to start? Do you feel overwhelmed with all the information that’s out there? Wouldn’t it be a relief to have some sort of a cheat sheet to help guide you along the way? I sure did.
And such is the intention of Well-Being Enrichment.
To give you a taste of what Well-Being could look and feel like; of what is possible for you, and through you.

Enrichment is an introductory program following the Chopra Coaching Model cornerstones: Purpose, Intention, Meaning, and Shadow.
Enrichment serves to bridge gaps in knowledge and favors teachable moments introducing you to different concepts, processes, tools, etc. for your self-awareness toolbox,

• 4 sessions total
• Meeting 1:1 once a week
• Each session is 1hr long

Enrichment gives you a taste and it's up to you to decide what to make of the flavor!
Next Steps Option 1:
You feel complete with the information and are ready, willing, and able to continue down this path by yourself.
Next Steps Option 2:
You feel ready to go down this path and are willing to do so with outside support in the form of Coaching. Should you decide to move forward with 1:1 Well-Being Coaching, you will benefit from a 10% discount!
Well-Being Coaching
If you’re ready to dive in, below’s an overview of what to expect!

Initial 15-20 minute meeting to:
• Understand your intentions and desires as well as the value and purpose of the coaching process
• Align the time expectations and logistics of the coaching arrangement
• Evaluate whether we’re a good fit as coach and client before proceeding with a 14-week commitment

Once we’ve decided that the coach-client relationship is a good fit, we’ll schedule a 1-hour intake session (before which you’ll be sent a few forms to fill out and share in time for the session).

Aside from the Intake and Conclusion sessions, we have a total of 12 core sessions around the four cornerstones of the Chopra Coaching Model: Purpose, Intention, Meaning, and Shadow.
Each Coaching session will be 50 minutes in duration.

We will conclude our Coaching container with a 1-hour session allowing us the opportunity to:
• Reflect on your journey
• Revisit an experience that resonated or share more about a particular moment
• Plan your next steps to maintain your momentum even after the completion of our time together
