Whether you’re unrolling your mat for the first time or you’ve already developed a practice, private sessions will ensure that your practice is your own.

The reality of human variation is such that we are not all the same. You are unique! No one else has your unique anatomy, biology, body composition, bone structure, etc.

And as such, yoga is not a ‘‘one size fits all’’ practice.

Physical practice is a gateway; it’s the first step to returning to wholeness.

Through the physical practice of yoga, you’re using your body to transcend your mind.

Every session looks and feels different.

Everyone shows up on their mat with a different intention.

And even your own intention changes as your practice evolves.

Every practice is about meeting yourself where you are at that moment in time.

Once you’ve set your intention for our sessions, we‘ll develop a practice suited to your unique requirements — in honoring any injuries, limitations, or health concerns so that we’re able to work with your body rather than against it.

  • Alternating between Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Restorative yoga to best cater to your body and intention.

    With different styles and paces available, private sessions are suitable for all levels and backgrounds — whether you’re just starting your practice or looking to deepen an already existing practice.

    Online sessions available upon request.

  • Private Yoga — 60 minutes (in CAD)

    • Single Session: $130

    • 4-Session Series (1x/week, renewed monthly): $480 ($120/session)

    • 8-Session Series (2x/week, renewed monthly): $880 ($110/session)

    All in-studio sessions are priced in CAD.
    Studio markup for space, props, and administration may apply if offered through a studio.
